Our training services are in 2 main domains. No 1 – We can train Government Agencies like Police, Para Military Forces and Defence personnel in select technologies in which we specialise in like Surveillance, Manning of Automated Control Centers, GIS Training      ( especially Military GIS) and Power Management in off the grid remote areas.  For these training capsules we use in house domain experts as also technology specialists to make for an ideal blend. Our training is a blend of theory, practicals  and at times includes going right on the ground in forward areas and train these personnel in high risk zones and areas in India as well as abroad.

No 2- We train our own Security and manpower personnel or for other similar interested agencies. We are one of the leading and fastest growing Security & Manned guarding service provider in India. Since our mission at KSJ is to deliver the highest quality of Security personnel who are carefully selected, trained and groomed according to the project requirements and site specific training given prior to commencement of any project. Our manpower is professionally trained, uniformed and go through a thorough training procedure to offer the best service in the market.

As we moved along we maintain a regular interface with our client organisation’s key officials. Our training is of two types:

  • Pre Induction Training – prior to deployment.
  • Refresher training at the end of every 3 months.

In pre induction training prior to deployment, we carry out basic training where we stress upon physical training, turnout, wishing, maintaining security documents and registers, reporting of incidents, timely feedback, duty roaster etc.

In refresher training, we conduct training based on the concept of “Management by Objective Model”. A model wherein the desired output accomplishment drivers the input and training process. The clarity of the goal, the commitment to achieve it and comprehensive of human capabilities i.e their knowledge, skills and attitude is a prerequisite to Management by Objectives (MBO) Model.

The broad step of MBO are as under:

  • Goal/objective clarity.
  • Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis.
  • Stake holder analysis.
  • Selection of KRAs.
  • Action/Training plan.
  • Performance reviews.
  • Update/review of objectives.
  • KRAs and training plan.
